POLICY

Please read the following terms of service before booking:

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non negotiable. A 50% deposit of the chosen service is required to secure your appointment on preferred date. Deposit will be credited towards final amount of service.

  • Your appointment will be cancelled 3hours after booking and deposit is not received.

  • If you are unable to make your appointment - please call or email within a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be credited to your next service. Same day cancellation will not be credited towards a future appointment.

  • Appointment credits must be used within 3 months.

  • Home studio is located in SW Edmonton AB. Address and code will be communicated after booking is confirmed.

  • Please take note that scheduled appointments are based on availability - if rescheduled I would do my best to work with your new date.

  • Please note that pictures are taken after your session and your consent will be required to post pictures on social medical feed.

  • An extra charge of $25 will be added to your total for appointments outside my weekend booking times (9am-6pm) appointments at these times are also subject to availability. Please text first before booking for these.
